Forbidden Caverns is conveniently located in Sevierville, Tennessee, only minutes from Cosby, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Newport and Knoxville. Open April through November Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 6PM, Closed on Sunday's. The caverns are always a comfortable 58 degrees year round for your viewing comfort. Take the Sevierville, TN exit #432A from I-40 at Newport, TN or the Great Smoky Mountain National Park exit #407 from I-40 at Sevierville, TN and follow the signs.
During your drive to Forbidden Caverns enjoy beautiful scenery, views of LeConte Range and English Mountain. There are primitive farm houses, an Old Grist Mill Museum and a Trout Farm along this route.
